1. To confirm minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 5 September 2009.
2. To receive and adopt the President’s Report for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2010.

4. To approve Constitutional Amendments pursuant to recommendations by Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (see attached proposed amendments).
