《光影纪实：牛车水旧事新说》是一项纪录新加坡牛车水日常生活，通过共同反思再以摄影照片讲出故事的一个作业。

Do you feel Chinatown could better reflect its rich heritage,
or better celebrate the diversity of people who live and work there?
参与者可以分享牛车水不为人知的一面，对日新月异的牛车水面貌的抒发感想以及对如何更好的呈现其丰富多元文化遗产的提供意见。
The project consists of six biweekly workshops, in which inquisitive souls came together to stimulate discussion, ideas, and stories of Chinatown. At the end of the project, workshop participants produced a photo essay, for a chance to have their ideas showcased on this website.
这个作业通过每半个月举办一次总共六回的工作坊，将有心人聚合在一起，一块分享心得、点子和收集的的牛车水故事。然后参与工作坊的朋友将把所发掘的旧事与心得感想，结合摄影作品在本网站上呈现，作为时代的纪实。
